Setup WebSocket Framework #97

Features:

main.go now has a WebSocket handling interface
Added Socket message types and parsing for a Player Move
Currently only allows for 1 client at a time
Created a WebSocket wrapper on the Frontend (GameSocket.js) which also queues messages that are waiting to be sent
A "Game is Full" message is shown for other clients who attempt to connect
