Issues with new rail code

• [x] If you have no speed when start grinding you will sometimes grind wrong direction
• [x] If the rail is bugged you will sometimes get multiply Kissed the Rail (This happens for example in one of he rail in middle of foundry)
• [x] It can still give you kissed the rail in LA if you grind around the corner close to Huge discounts store
• [x] Multiple gaps in th4+ Levels(need to investigate if can fix it same way as with colission multiple trigger)
• [x] The Rail_Corner_Leave_Angle does not always work like it should
