Suburbia texture glitches - LevelMod bugs #95

Noticed the following texture issues that only appear in LevelMod

Black text: image

Red fence: image

The red fence is not a glitch, it's a debug rendering that I have now moved to only be shown in debug mode.

Black text occurs in multiple levels, not just Suburbia

try black text without widescreen patch, it can mess with vertex colors. i don't think we ever edited files that mess with career fonts.

It occurs without the widescreen patch as well. I'll try to narrow down the commit later.

My guess is you will need to go as far back as b3db492f15cefe40f8bec4f441405a9d3f44b635
