Not detecting Debuffs on enemies. #5

as of 10.1 it appears that this fork of ConRo is unable to detect Debuffs on enemies, especially ones important to the rotation such as Rip, Thrash, Rake, Moonfire sunfire etc... Leading to the addon to suggest reapplying the attacks way too early.

I will take a look into this. Keep in mind that the addon cannot read "Action Targets" as of yet only selected targets.
