Create the survey webapp (create-react-app / react-boilerplate)
- Select an UI framework for the survey (material UI, elemental UI, ..)
- Create a flexible Survey container that handle the survey system (leverage the UI framework) and the requests to the API

Since react boilerplate has been really active lately and they address all the issue that stop me to using it on my latest projects, they have also been very useful to learn about react and they have a good documentation bundled with the boilerplate, I started with it.

Regarding the UI frameword I decided to try a new one that looks really good: https://react.semantic-ui.com/introduction and they have all the components we need for the survey.

I replaced react boilerplate with create react app, but I kept the router4/loadable/redux/reselect/saga architecture as well as the generators commands
