Description

This PR enhances the search functionality by adding a filter modal and improving the search experience.

Changes

Create FilterModal component with responsive scroll for smaller screens
Add search icon to the SearchBar input component
Implement clear functionality in filter modal to reset all selections
Configure tRPC to make search case and accent insensitive for better user experience
Improve SearchBar component layout and styling
Add support for filtering by strength, region and price ordering

Technical Details

Used framer-motion for modal animations
Implemented scroll functionality
Added text normalization in tRPC router for case-insensitive search
Integrated with existing atom states for global state management
