add remaining move actions #10

Which move actions are remaining? The Faction Boards, ruins, and the supply aren't being shown right now, so movement between them doesn't need to be shown at the moment.

They may not be shown, but the actions should still have a textual description (thinking forward to the input tool).

Maybe actions that don't affect the board can be culled from the action list, but they still need some kind of representation.

[x] 2. Supporters movement (to and from)
[ ] 3. Eyrie Decree movement (adding)
[ ] 4. Discarding the decree, i.e. turmoil
[ ] 5. Choosing a new Eyrie leader
[ ] 6. Swaying a mole
[ ] 7. Losing a swayed mole
