Pull Request Description: This pull request adds mission-related functionality and components.

Added a missionItem and missionList to support displaying missions.
Introduced a Redux folder with api.js configuration to handle API requests.
Implemented a store.js file and configured reducers from missionsSlice.
Created a Missions.js file in the routes directory, rendering the mission list using props.
