German and Dutch are not grammatically correct #14

Summary of the issue

Basically in the german and dutch language if you have 21/twenty-one you would pronouce it as "one and twenty" and not "twenty and one"

I didn't know that. I don't know any of these languages. I will remove them from the future releases.
