Title: Added favorite button in PostCard successfully.

Description

1. With the help of Post.tsx component I implemented this favorite/unfavorite feature in PostCard.tsx.
2. The design is responsive and I used flex for this.
3. Now user can mark fav/unfav from seeing the card only instead of going inside the Post.
