Updated Home.tsx for Smooth Tick Options and Explore Button Animation

Description

This pull request implements the following feature

1. Smooth Tick Options Loading: A dedicated container for tick options that ensures each tick appears smoothly one by one without affecting the position of other elements on the page. Sequential appearance with smooth animations, ensuring no overlap and maintaining within their container.

2. Explore Button Animation: An explore button with dynamic animation to maintain visibility and encourage user interaction.
