Bug : App Crashes When Attempting to Retake a Quiz in the Explore Tab

Description:

There is a critical issue in the "learn" repository, an Android application. Specifically, when users navigate to the Explore tab and complete a quiz, the total app crashes if they attempt to retake the same quiz.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Learn app.
2. Navigate to the Explore tab.
3. Start and complete a quiz.
4. Attempt to retake the same quiz.
5. Observe that the app crashes upon attempting to retake the quiz.
6. We can see that all of them in app crashes.

Observed Behavior:

• The Total app crashes when a user tries to retake a quiz after completing it once.
• Not only in quiz, when do some thing in two times in explore page total app crashes.

Expected Behavior:

• Users should be able to retake quizzes without the app crashing.
