Description:

This pull request adds an animated splash screen with a learning-related image to the Learn repository, enhancing the user experience and providing a polished look and feel to the application upon startup.

Changes Made:

  1. Implemented an animated splash screen that displays a learning-related image and a loading indicator.
  2. Configured the splash screen to appear for a brief period with a smooth animation before transitioning to the main app content.
