Implement the Favourite Page for all the modules favourited modules to access in one place.

Hi, I am a GSSOC Contributor and has good command of flutter. I wanted to contribute into this feature. Please assign this to me. Also kindly clarify if you want to add complete module to favourite tab or the items of modules separately?
