What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.login to google chrome web store
2.search advanced rest client and click on free
3. popup received saying There was a problem adding the item to Chrome. Please
refresh the page and try again.after trying again same result
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Windows 7 32 bit, Chrome version 22.0.1229.2
