HTTP Header Accept-Charset is omitted #263

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the Header 'Accept-Charset' with value UTF-8
2. Send request to any Server
3. Inspect the sent request Headers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All Headers defined in the header form should be sent to the server.
Instead all headers are sent, but the Accept-Charset header is missing and is 
also not shown in the 'Request Headers' section.

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Windows 7 Professional, Chrome 35.0.1916.153 

Please provide any additional information below.
