1.18 & 1.19 compatibility #12

After some testing, it seems like the Thirst bar and player's temperature do not update on versions beyond 1.17.1, they always stay on the default values, never changing.

This is an issue as this forces players to use an outdated version of the game to use this great plugin, the problem with this is that 1.17.1 is still vulnerable to the Log4Shell vulnerability and odds are, most people do not know how to make old versions secure from problems like this.
