I'm not sure if this is possible with WinDivert at all.

Спасибо, но я не понимаю, это какие-то скрытые настройки GoodbyeDPI? На одном форуме (несколько лет назад) писали, что правило для TCP работает, но тут почему-то другой протокол. Может он не был инициализирован, поэтому активен как 255?
