Tested on debian and win7. Hope we don't get more windows-only excesses with that.

Can we make this code to support Windows? We don't need to get programs' stdout/err so it should be pretty easy.

Actually, i think that it should work on Windows as it is, but i haven't tried because who need that for Windows anyway. I'll see what i can do.

I'll make another pull request when i'll be able to fix the shutdown behavior (i wrote about that via pm on habrahabr) and to test everything on windows.

I suppose it's my fault somewhere. I'll investigate this later.
