Introducing Torrent-telik.com Playlist Downloader Plugin #21

Based on ytv plugin by ValdikSS.

Parses JSON playlists and converts them to m3u playlsits for proxy usage.

Torrent-telik.com has 3 playlists and therefore 3 requests are processed: http://ip:port/torrent-telik || http://ip:port/torrent-telik/?type=ttv = torrent-tv playlist http://ip:port/torrent-telik/?type=ttv_mob = torrent-tv mobile playlist http://ip:port/torrent-telik/?type=allfon = allfon playlist

FYI: Torrent-Telek's administrator was wondering can I make this plugin just today.
