Allow interview slots with pass datetime #8

Allow interview slots with past date and time to be added. User is highly likely to make this mistake given the unfriendly input format (all numbers with no separations). Check for this error and display appropriate error message.

We agree that this is a FeatureFlaw however we indicated it as response.NotInScope as we felt that we did not restrict the dates to only future dates in the UG nor did we intend to. So our UG does not indicate that it supports checking for past dates input. And in the case of InterviewTime, our UG allows any valid dates.

However, we do agree that there are users who only want to put upcoming dates and those who still want to put dates that has already passed, and we intend to cater to both in future versions. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
