Second Jabber Chat Window not opening

If you have multiple jabber group chats, only one group chat window can be 
opened. If you double click on another entry in the contact list, no additional 
tab opens.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to open more than one jabber chat rooms
2.
3.

What is the expected result?

A new chatroom window should open or a new tab in an existing chat room window 
should be added.

What happens instead?

The additional chat room does not open

OS is Win7 X64

I don't see how to reliably reproduce this issue, it just happens "after some 
time".

Which messaging plugins are you using?

This: "OS is Win7 X64" is not what you we need.

little directed there several appi that are block from enter thur admistrators 
and permission rights, which one, gpg encrpyt, has lots promblem unloading keys 
which take to long to download
