TabSRMM: 'Close Other Tabs' menu option #1095

In message window, there could be an tab context menu option 'Close Other Tabs' 
(and optionally 'Close All Tabs'), to close all non-active tabs in the current 
container.

This is similar to the Scriver functionality and also present in Internet 
browsers for easy management of opened tabs.
