Protocol tray icons have back to front order since 0.9.33 ->0.9.37 update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I updated Miranda from 0.9.33 to 0.9.37 (downloaded .7z archive and 
extracted it to miranda folder with replacement)
2. Changed nothing, just noticed that the tray icons are mirror-ordered as 
compared with contact list and an order in options.
3. If I change the order in options, icons in the tray change their posiotions, 
but still back to front.

Disabling 3-rd party plugins doesn't help.
Is it a bug or a feature? Thank you.
