How to build tabsrmm_icons.dll from SVN sources? #1720

Looks like it's impossible to build "tabsrmm_icons.dll" file using SVN sources 
only (using VS2010 solution).

Currently VC 6 and Visual Studio 2008 are the only officially supported build 
configurations (that is what is used to build the actual releases).  And the VC 
6 project files are the only ones used to build icons.  We should update this 
for newer build systems.
