Update Options #1723

Notification about every release is annoying. Please,  make  option for setting 
update check periods. For example check update everyday, every week, every 
month or don't check update. I think many users want use last version, but not 
every stable release. Alternative for this option is auto update installer, 
which will update Miranda IM in background without any message.
