application was found to have user experience issues on scaled high DPI devices
during internal testing. Windows 8 touch machines with high DPI displays are
already available and more are launching soon. Some of these devices enable
150% or 125% scaling by default, and we’d like to work with you to
proactively address the compatibility issues with DPI scaling.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Prerequisites:-
i. Configure a Dual-Monitor setup.
ii. Open Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Display
iii. In windows Blue, by default "Let Windows manage my display Settings"
option will be enabled.
iv. Drag the slider from Smaller to Larger size.
v. Sign out & Sign In for the changes to take effect.
vi. Verify that the DPI values are changed and the settings have been applied.
vii. Now cross-verify and set the screen resolution to recommended for the
current DPI value
Repro Steps:
1. Configure settings and log in from an im account. eg. a yahoo id .
2. Click on the yahoo im window drop down to change status to e.g online/away.
3. Now change the dpi settings from 200% to 125%, log out and log back in.
4.Observe the status window.
What is the expected result?
Changing DPI settings shouldn't affect window display
What happens instead?
The window is truncated. see attached screen shot
