FC after incorrect time template for settings of time view in chats #1733

Miranda Version                  : 0.10.17.0 x64
Unicode Build                    : Yes/No

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Settings/Message Sessions/Group Chats/tab Chat Log
2. Set wrong template in any field of Log Options (I've set "%s" instead of 
"%S"). Chat window must be open at this moment.
3. "Apply". Have a look at crash. Now settings are saved and you have to delete 
your profile with all of settings if you don't know how to fix this bug 
manually. Miranda will FC at every start now.
4. I've tried reproduce it and it seems not working without using this template 
in chat.

What is the expected result?
NOT CRASH.

What happens instead?
CRASH.
