What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. to launch the miranda program
2. to try to send the message

What is the expected result?
Departure of the message
What happens instead?
The message isn't sent and appears the message on an error "The protocol 
returned an error: SNAC(4.1) Error of SENDMSG (x10)"
