Installer is not showing mapped network drives and install location canot be on the network drive #1764

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run installer under windows (8)
2.try to change install location by browsing or by typing to network path

What is the expected result?
Browsing the network directories and portable install to mapped network disc

What happens instead?
Instalation is possible only on local drives

Please attach or post your VersionInfo.
All versions atleast year back are affected

Other Resources:
Unpacked zip version is working normaly (from the network share)
