[General] I can't receive files

Hello,
in my opinion the following bug is "By design" and not plugin specific.
It appears with tabSrmm, CListModern, Protocol.DLLs and Miranda from the 
SVN, but I am sure it appears with a lot of other configs too.

1)Someone write my name in tabSrmm-Jabber-Channel, I get a blinking tray 
icon. Even if the tabsrmm window is open or not.
2)Someone from the channel send me a file via ICQ
3)I hear the sound for incomming files, but I can't accept the file, 
because in the tray I still have the blinking message Icon for the 
highlight.
Sure, someone could say now "Search in the tabSrmm options if you can 
disable this blinking message tray icon if the window is open!" But a) 
what if I need this? and b) I am sure other messages windows have similar 
options. Someone could say now "Okay why you not auto accept files?"
No sorry, the problem is this blinking tray icon for file transfers and 
the impossibility to accept the files without the blinking tray icon, NOT 
that a plugin produce other tray icons.
