long pm messages through irc are chopped and the last bit is sent to the main channel!

Miranda Version                  : 0.9.0
Unicode Build                    : No
Test Build # (if applicable)     : 5
Plugin Version # (if applicable) :

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write a long message and direct it to someone on irc, by private (ie. 
/msg Someone this-is-a-very-long-message
2. Send it
3. You'll see that the last part of the message is sent to the active 
channel rather than that person

What is the expected result?
the entire /msg should be sent to the directed nick

What happens instead?
the active channel gets the last part of the message.
--- it may just be displayed in the active channel, but I believe it's also 
sent.
