Replace XEP-0153 by XEP-0084 #855

Miranda use old and historical version of protocol extension for exchanging 
user avatars (XEP-0153). This extension should be replaced by new version 
(XEP-084) with has status "Standard Track".

Most newest Jabber client support only new method XEP-84 for exchanging 
avatars, so I can't see them. Could You add support of XEP-84 in the near 
future ? 

Old method should be keeped for backward compatibility.

Could you please mention which clients already switched to the new XEP? Does 
they support old standard of avatars transfers as well?

AQQ (www.aqq.eu), lot of  friends on my roster use it. AQQ is popular IM in 
Poland.

Yes, and no. AQQ only support XEP 153 for reading avatars from other, to 
publish own use only XEP-84.
