[Spain, Canary Islands] and [Canary Islands] in Find/Add Contacts Advanced options page

It is a minor issue about the list of countries one can see by clicking

a) Main Menu -> View/Change My Details... -> ICQ Details -> "Contact" Country 
(also "Originally from" Country and "Work" Company country)
or b) Main Menu -> Find/Add Contacts... -> Advanced >> -> "Location" Country:.

In some v0.9 alpha [Spain, Canary Islands] and [Virgin Islands (UK)] were added 
to the list, so it seems like [British Virgin Islands] and [Canary Islands] 
should be removed from there as they mean the same countries actually.
