Add PaperSpigot profils + Script install

20 Fixes 1.14.4 and updated 1.12.2

I can probably open another PR later today that adds 1.15 and 1.13 support.

Hi, sadly NO. The script install is still not available for now. And versions of PaperSpigot are very limited compared to the others (vanilla, spigot).

I still plan to update it but haven't got the time yet.

The script for paperspigot is now available.
