Opening War Thunder and i guess "python WarThunderRPC.py " in terminal, right ?

Hey! Yes, clone the repository and put it all into one directory and use python CLI to run it. Should be no problem?

Well after installing misisng depends, the command seems to run (no error output) but in discord i don't see any differences in my activity when playing War Thunder
