Add a full wiki or readme to Github page. #2

I think the project would be more easier to work with from both a dev and user point-of-view if documentation was here on Github. This would also enable older documentation for previous versions to still be found.

The BBCode from the MAL thread has been committed to the Github to track older documentation. This is far from a perfect solution, but I don't really want to make the install any less friendly for MAL users by directing them to a Github wiki page so for now this is what it's going to be.
