Will resolve #13.

See the issue thread for details on why this is being done. Changes in this PR:

Massively overhauled UI.
Massively changed internal code to support new UI.
Added support for webp images in image replacements.
Skip loading items on subsequent launches if page has not been reloaded.

This PR is likely to still have bugs and may be changed further in later commits in master. But the core concept is done.
