An (WIP) integration testing suite for the tuono crate.

Current Plan:

[x] Set up basic integration test structure in crates/tuono.
[ ] Test tuono dev
[ ] Test tuono build and building with SSG flag
[ ] Test project scaffold with template.
[ ] Test edge cases error handling (port conflicts, invalid templates, etc.)
[ ] Test watch.rs to verify file changes trigger rebuilds
[ ] Test different file types (.rs, .tsx, etc.)
[ ] Verify proper cleanup on Ctrl + C ...
