Will ANGLE work on WinRT?? #419

ANGLE maps openGL 2.0 ES calls to DirectX 9 API, which should be supported in 
win8 and winRT (DirectX is the only supported drawing for winRT currently)?

If Yes, how to build ANGLE in order to be used for Windows Store App, any 
assistance?
