x64 build issue #420

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Build angle project in x64 on VS2012 OS Win8
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
========== Rebuild All: 3 succeeded, 2 failed, 0 skipped ==========

I expected all 5 to build. They do in x86

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest sync, Win 8 VS2012

Please provide any additional information below.
I need to build for Windows RT, any special setups I need?
