ShaderToy: Sparks - WebGL crash only a certain range of iterations #441

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to shadertoy: https://www.shadertoy.com/view/4ss3DM
2. Set SPARKS define to any value between about 80-206
3. WebGL crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The shader should not crash WebGL as more than 206 iterations compiles fine

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WebGL, Chrome/27.0.1453.116, ANGLE r2042, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Brandon, Mo: could one of you triage this on a Windows machine? It works fine 
on a Mac Retina Display.

Yes, I can reproduce this with Chrome Canary (30.0.1549.1) with AMD Radeon HD 
4800.

However, the range it times out linking is slightly different.  At 206 I am ok, 
but 200 it times out

divan.burger: can you provide the about:gpu content on the machine you 
encounter this?

Per advised by geofflang, I tested against D11, and this issue no longer 
manifest.  Since chrome is moving on to D11 soon, will mark this as WontFix.
