[someone else's legitimate complaint from awhile ago] "NLR needs to make a comeback, I keep getting murdered by Validator in the same spot, and he comes back like 5 minutes later!"

Validator: I don't like that, because its inconvenient. Plus, as a Xenian, I represent multiple aliens, not just a single one. Its how I rationalize respawning...

[Alynn] Lets compromise! 2 minute NLR for now, most fights are over after 2 minutes anyways. Xenians take awhile to get back to Earth anyways, this allows Xenians to return regularly, but doesn't allow minges to take advantage of our lack of NLR in combat, at least as humans.
