Virtual controller menu button appears to be stuck

Describe the bug While attempting to figure out why my left stick adjust volume even though all desktop layouts are disabled, I decided to test inputs in steam and noticed that it is showing that the menu button is always in the down position, I've attempted to unbind it to see if that fixes it(it didn't) disconnecting the virtual controller seems to result in the input no longer being stuck.

To Reproduce I'm not really sure how to reproduce this, it just seems like something in the software is causing the menu button to be held.

Expected behavior Menu should only be detected as pressed when the button is pressed.

Further info: If I unbind the OEM(ayaneo) and = buttons in the controller layout the stuck inputs go away.

Seems like this is an issue when trying to bind to ANY of the OEM buttons.
