Hotkey for switching OSD off and on (latest used level) did not make it into the new hotkey manager #1130

Describe the bug Perhaps not really a bug, but this hotkey used to exist and seems to have been overlooked. It was very practical to have. The hotkey would toggle between off and whatever last level was configured by the user that was not off.
