B button bound to escape despite not being bound to escape in any profile including desktop default #1159

Describe the bug When running HHC the controller B button is set to default Escape despite not being bound to escape.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run HHC
  2. Use controller
  3. B button is escape
  4. Examine all HHC profiles
  5. Discover escape is not bound to B
  6. Issue is specific to HHC
  7. Steam inputs are disabled

Expected behavior When I set bindings to B, they should work as expected.
