Ctrl and Shift hotkeys dont work properly on steam deck. #355

I would like to map ctrl and shift to a button on the steam deck for file management in handheld mode but these keys do nothing when mapped to a button. ctrl and shift work just fine in other controller to keyboard softwares tho.

@xt234 you might want to start using the remapper for this now, released with version 0.15. A lot of changes have been made under the hood for hotkeys as well, if you really want them as hotkeys, could you check and try again if you still have this problem?

I have not checked with the hotkeys as this bug originally, but I use Shift and Ctrl on a desktop mode and the default profile with a remapper (bound to back buttons on a SteamDeck) and they work fine for me.

@Havner thanks for confirming. The Custom shortcuts are currently still a different creature from the remapper, so I'm pretty sure this bug is still present.
