GPU Controls for profile in QuickTools have no effect #599

As title, enable GPU overlay through HWinfo, adjust for current profile or default, nothing changes. Tested on Win4 and Air Pro.

Needs to be retested, should work on Ayaneo 2021 and ROG Ally to try.
