Double input detected

Am I doing g something wrong. I’m using o. The rog ally service is running. It games detect double input. Also happening in Armoury crate

Make sure physical controller is properly hidden on controller page.

With the controller hidden and connected the controller works on AC but double input in game. With controller hidden and disconnected work properly in game but Armoury Crate doesn’t work.

@yoanhg421 do you have the gamepad set to "Automatic" in AC?

Yes. I always have it in auto. Un less I specifically need to change it for some reason

Try setting it to "gamepad" to check if the problem remains?

I tried it and it was still having issues. Even tried disabling the game pad but that didn’t work either. Restarted. Nothing.

the weird thing is that this morning after sleeping all night. It’s working properly doesn’t matter if the game pad is on auto game pad or desktop. Not sure what’s going on. Might break again later, who knows

Just wanted to report that after the last update something weird happened. There were 2 Xbox inputs detected. Not sure if there were 2 services running at the same time, but I couldn’t get the controller to work properly. I had to uninstall the service multiple times until only one controller showed up but I’m still having double input on the ROG ally, specially while navigating menus. Have to use the HC without controller emulation. And it had crashed a few times while opening the quick tools while in game.

@yoanhg421 which version are you using, can you share your logfiles of the crash from programfiles/HandheldCompanion/logs?

I have the same issue the embedded controller comes up as a 360 controller but is hidden, If i try to use my profile buttons nothing changes although i havent crashed. If the Virtual controller is enabled i get the double input. I uninstalled armory crate. I might be doing something wrong

Edit: My issue seems to have been related to the Xbox extended support drivers, I uninstalled those and its working fine now
