RTSS Enable OSD setting not always enabled #990

RTSS 7.3.5 beta 5

Describe the bug Reported by several users, LobsterJ on Discord among them. HC starts, HCs OSD is enabled, but RTSS is not showing anything. Upon checking the RTSS UI, the setting Show On-Screen Display is set to Off.

Did an initial code check, HC has code to set the setting in RTSS. However it does not actually seem to work.

Steps to reproduce

  1. With HC closed, open RTSS and disable the setting for showing on screen display (top left)
  2. Close RTSS
  3. Open HC, if required enabled OSD
  4. RTSS opens, check RTSS setting, toggle not ticked.

Oddly enough, the setting in the settings file HC changes seem to be set to 1 as expected, GUI and functionality does not reflect it.

Will update to RTSS 7.3.5 final to see if it reproduces

Appears bugged within RTSS itself, even with latest RTSS 7.3.5 final
